Pack Healthy Lunches
Everybody has heard the saying, “Build it and they will come”. The same goes for kids’ lunches, “pack it and they will eat it”. So, instead of tossing chips, cookies and sugary drinks, into lunch boxes and snack bags, load them up with carrot sticks, string cheese, fresh fruit, healthy sandwiches and good old water.
